The flexible floor plan offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with living, dining and kitchen upstairs. Bedding includes a queen and two twins.
The living area upstairs is open concept, with a family friendly kitchen island and high beamed ceilings. For larger groups a separate bedroom, bath and living area is available on the ground floor.

This area is not rented separately and also has a queen size bed. The large yard is beautifully landscaped with tropical trees and flowers.

Amenities: Flat Screen TV upstairs, smaller TV downstairs, full kitchen upstairs includes microwave, blender, coffee maker and dishwasher, Wireless Internet Connection via RoadRunner, the washer and dryer are upstairs, BBQ on the lanai.
