Disclosure:  Public beach access runs through the property.  Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM.  The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant.  Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate.  

'Our family absolutely enjoyed Keoniana Kai.  We were very apprehensive to book the property knowing of the public beach access but when we got there the views were so incredible and the house was just perfect for us...nothing else mattered anymore.  The entire time we were there (8 nights) we probably saw Princeville Management drive by 3X but ever a problem for us.  Maybe twice we saw a few people walking by but most of the time we were gone.  We enjoyed the private hot tub very much.  We'll share all of our beautiful memories to the rest of our family and friends.  Look forward to returning soon.'  - K.
